1. Three states of 6061 aluminum plate

The main alloy elements of 6061 aluminum plate are magnesium and silicon, which have medium strength, good corrosion resistance and good oxidation effect. 6061 aluminum plate is widely used after heat treatment, and 6061 aluminum plate thick plate is used in automatic mechanical parts, precision machining, and various mold manufacturing. The T6 state is the most used 6061 aluminum plate. In this state, the 6061 medium-thick plate is quenched through the medium-thick plate-slicing of the medium-thick plate-stretching machine-aging treatment-sawing machine-polishing-packaging. The whole production cycle is about 10 days. After solution heat treatment, no cold working is required, and straightening and leveling can be carried out without affecting the mechanical properties.

F state is the free processing state of 6061 aluminum plate, which is suitable for special products with work hardening and heat treatment conditions during the forming process. The production cycle of F state is very short: medium and thick plate slicing—sawing machine—polishing (or not polishing, according to customer requirements)—packaging. The whole process is arranged smoothly and can be shipped in 3 days. The mechanical properties of F state do not make specifications, and customers can customize according to their own needs. The F state is then subjected to heat treatment to produce the required state for use. The corresponding price is also the cheapest.

The O state is the processed product of the lowest strength obtained by 6061 aluminum plate after complete annealing. It is suitable for thin plates below 6061 aluminum plate 8.0, and its production process: cold-rolled finished product thickness—stretch bending straightening cleaning—full annealing—fly shearing sheet (or stretch bending straightened finished product)—packaging and warehousing, etc. A series of production, production cycle Second only to the T6 state.

2. Application of 6061 aluminum plate in automobile chassis
